We Believe In The Power
Of Doing Good Business

We believe in the power of doing good business in an economy where businesses will not only be valued based on their economic value, but also on the value they add to society.

About Yes We Care

Our heart is in our work and we’re working tirelessly to serve businesses with tools others have not been able to provide.

Doing good is not just a trend anymore; it’s a force that will shape the world of business, now and in the future. Yet, so little companies have the time to maximize the good they do because they simply do not have time to spare. We’re here to help.

We support our license holders with a system that quickly and easily identifies their businesses good activities, converting these activities into numbers that everyone can instantly grasp, providing them with the options and strategies to maximize their businesses impact in society, as well as highlighting their doing good strategy for the general public.

We Practice What We Preach.

To achieve our mission, we have developed a set of values which we will work with our ambassadors worldwide to deliver. In short, we practice what we preach:

1. We are responsible global citizens that make a difference in the world.
2. We believe in the power of working together. We will nurture a successful network of partners and build mutual loyalty.
3. We are a great place to work, where people are inspired to be the best they can be.
4. We are a highly innovative, lean and effective organization. We strive to amaze with passion and speed.
5. We care in everything we do. We do what is right and we act with integrity and respect. Always.

Yes We Care is an organization that strives for social profit, not for economic gain.

We believe in action, focus, hard work and delivering high value results.

We work with a dedicated team in New York and Rotterdam that does a great job supporting our license holders.

Our corporate culture is a culture of WOW. We will always go the extra mile for our license holders. Together, we can create a huge impact and this is what drives us every hour of every day!

Supporting our licensees is our primary focus.

With our system, we offer companies a professional structure for their social engagement and we connect them with our personal network. We structure the social activities of companies, make the results transparent and communicate their story.

In addition to this primary focus, we focus on broadening knowledge. With the Yes We Care Academy, we provide knowledge and information to businesses, governments, educational institutions and non-profit organizations.

We always work with a blended value in mind

Economic profit and social profit go hand in hand. These two factors are closely connected with each other. For a company, economic profit is the primary need. The more economic profit, however, the more a company can do socially and the more societal profit they can then make.

With more social engagement comes more economic profit. The new generation of consumers demands a strong involvement of companies and wants to do business with companies that are socially active. In addition, employees are more loyal to a company that is actively engaged in society.

Convinced that these two types of profit are interconnected, we provide our support to these businesses.

We have always been convinced that a new system is needed to inspire and support businesses in their community involvement.  So, we designed that system.

2009: The first year after major banks fell over, housing prices peaked and the news was filled with bankruptcies. In short, the economic system as we knew it up until then did not function properly and the world was in crisis.

2009 was also the year that Yes We Care was founded with the vision that businesses would be considered to take on a new role in the formation of the new economic system. A role where not only financial profit is pivotal, but also where a strong commitment to the social environment and the local community in which they operate should be pivotal.

But, how can companies organize this when surviving is their primary need in a volatile market? A new system was needed. And we designed it.
