In addition to this primary focus, we focus on broadening knowledge. With the Yes We Care Academy, we provide knowledge and information to businesses, governments, educational institutions and non-profit organizations.

Economic profit and social profit go hand in hand. These two factors are closely connected with each other. For a company, economic profit is the primary need. The more economic profit, however, the more a company can do socially and the more societal profit they can then make.

With more social engagement comes more economic profit. The new generation of consumers demands a strong involvement of companies and wants to do business with companies that are socially active. In addition, employees are more loyal to a company that is actively engaged in society.

Convinced that these two types of profit are interconnected, we provide our support to these businesses.

We have always been convinced that a new system is needed to inspire and support businesses in their community involvement.  So, we designed that system.

2009: The first year after major banks fell over, housing prices peaked and the news was filled with bankruptcies. In short, the economic system as we knew it up until then did not function properly and the world was in crisis.

2009 was also the year that Yes We Care was founded with the vision that businesses would be considered to take on a new role in the formation of the new economic system. A role where not only financial profit is pivotal, but also where a strong commitment to the social environment and the local community in which they operate should be pivotal.

But, how can companies organize this when surviving is their primary need in a volatile market? A new system was needed. And we designed it.
